Homemade Donuts Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml warm milk
  • 100 ml warm water
  • 11 g dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4-4.5 cups flour

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in water and leave for 10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  2. Add warm milk and flour to the dough and knead, gradually adding softened butter.
  3. Cover the dough and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Knead the dough and divide it into portions, then leave it for another 10 minutes.
  5. Shape the dough into donuts with a hole in the center.
  6. Fry the donuts in oil until golden brown.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar, glaze or chocolate.
